Fat Man Quick Tips



These fat man quick tips can be easily done now. Just because you are fat does not mean you have to look bad or feel bad.


Here are some fat man quick tips to look better and feel better:

1. Get outside and sit in the sun with your shirt off and in shorts. You need to get some sun on your body. You need to spend 10 to 30 minutes in the sun nearly every day if you can. Your skin needs it. Your health needs it. Forget about the sunscreen and covering up. You want to see a slight color change. Get outside now. And tomorrow and the next day and the next. You will not die from the sun. You will not get skin cancer with this low level of sun exposure. What you will get it feeling better and looking better.

2. Go to bed early today. Go to bed early every day. Keep getting more and more sleep until you start to feel better. You eat at night because you are tired. You eat at work because you are tired. The less tired you are the less you will eat. This is a fact. You will have extreme difficulty losing any weight and even feeling good if you are deprived of sleep.

3. Buy 2 nice shirts that fit you well at the size you are at now. Just 2. One for today, one for tomorrow, then wash them. You do not need to have a huge wardrobe selection. The reason you avoid shopping is the cost of buying lots of clothes. The solution is to just a few nicer items that you wear over and over again.

4. Walk a little bit every day and as you get into better shape you can walk longer and farther.

5. Lift heavy weights with the Static Contraction Training program.

6. Wear loose pants and loose underwear. Tight clothing around your private parts does not help you. This tight clothing puts a lot of pressure on your sex organs and reduces your testosterone and your size. You do not want this at all. You need to make an effort to find some bigger pants. You need to only wear loose, all-cotton, boxer shorts. Throw away all your tight underwear. Forget about boxer briefs too. Never wear polyester boxers either, wear cotton. The evidence is starting to accumulate that tight underwear reduces your sperm count and reduces your testosterone levels. This tightness is not what you want. The anecdotal evidence is pointing out that tight, constrictive underwear and pants reduces the size of your penis and testicles.

7. You need to sit in a way that is most comfortable for your sex organs. No crossing of your legs. No tight clothing. Open up your legs on comfortable chairs. You need to kind of reach down there and pull this area up when you sit down so as to place yourself properly.

8. Think big, not fat. Think of yourself as a big man, not a fat man.

Just because you are fat does not mean you have to look bad or feel bad. You can do these things today. They are either free or not that expensive. Besides, you need to spend your money on you, not others so much. Why are you bothering to do all that work if you are not going to enjoy the money that you have earned.

Doing things for yourself automatically makes your life better. Just do things for yourself that do not involve food.

Too much of the wrong food is your problem. You eat too much junk food because your life is not what you want it to be. Just start making your life better every day with simple easy to do ideas and your excess weight will start to disappear.

Just losing a few pounds makes a huge difference.
